Textured Snapshot Feature (MTC)

Last Updated: Feb 10, 2013 05:06AM EST

Using Texture Snapshot

The "Texture Snapshot" is basically the "Anti-Trace". If you have a project that has a lot of pieces, but you don't feel like cutting out all of the pieces and putting it all together, just use the Texture Snapshot. What this will do is combine all the pieces together, convert it to a texture and save the outer-most cut lines. This will create a Print-And-Cut project from any SVG with the click of a single button.

As you can see these are all separate shapes that I can individually move. All you have to do is select everything you would like to take a texture snapshot and click the "Texture Snapshot" button.

Click the Texture Snapshot button

Now it is one solid piece with a textured background.

All the smaller pieces that were in the middle are gone so you're left with a solid cut line with a texture as a background.
